My recent stay at Hotel Fenix in Cucuta was truly a delightful experience. The staff, though language barriers existed, were incredibly attentive and made great efforts to assist me, even using translators to communicate effectively. I felt completely safe and at ease in the vibrant city of Cucuta, with its bustling central area filled with charming restaurants and lively bars.The hotel itself offers a range of fantastic amenities. The outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The 24-hour front desk and room service ensured that all my needs were promptly met, and the offer of tours organized by the hotel made my stay even more convenient and enjoyable.I particularly enjoyed the welcome drink offered upon arrival, a thoughtful touch that set the tone for a memorable stay. The on-site restaurant and terrace were lovely spots to relax and enjoy a meal, while the option of a hot tub added an extra touch of luxury to my visit. The proximity of the hotel to Camilo Daza International Airport was incredibly convenient, making my arrival and departure seamless. The comfortable rooms, equipped with modern amenities such as flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms, made me feel right at home. The fact that selected rooms come with balconies is a nice added bonus, allowing guests to soak in the city views from their own private space.
